We will be discussing how to achieve our outcome of using less energy by managing to the Greenworks energy targets for the City of Philadelphia. The targets we’ll be reviewing are: a. Lower City government energy consumption by 30 percent (Greenworks Target 1) b. Purchase and generate 20 percent of electricity used in Philadelphia from alternative energy sources (Greenworks Target 4) c. Retrofit 15 percent of housing stock with insulation, air sealing and cool roofs (Greenworks Target 3)
